Hello!

I am applying to the final round at UNC, Notre Dame, and Indiana. Could you please let me know if you think I have a shot?

GMAT: 640
GPA: 3.6 (Economics)
Work Experience: 3 yrs Goldman Sachs; 2 yrs economic research firm
Volunteer: Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, City Harvest, Fox Foundation
Good recs

At this point, it's too late in the game to really change anything, but looking for some hope....

Thanks so much,
ZackAttack

Hi -

As you know, most admissions directors will recommend applying in R1/R2, however, as part of our Admissions Myths Destroyed series, we recently debunked the notion that the "third round is nothing." (See below.) While the 3rd round is more challenging just given that many spots have already been taken, it seems as though you have targeted reasonable schools based on your background.

Good luck!

Thank you so much, Erin. To be honest, I've had such a negative outlook on my chances.. You just gave me some hope and lit a fire under me.

Thanks again.
