600 in Princeton Practice tests

10 days of preparation. Done with Cracking the GMAT Princeton book & half way through all sections in OG.

Got 600 in both the practice tests. Finishes 15-20 before time in each of the sections. Very discouraging...

My GMAT is in Nov end..Any suggestions to improve on? Aiming for 720+

Looks like you are rushing through the materials. You have to keep in mind that the number of problems you have attempted does not improve your score. You should concentrate on what you are learning. Since your date is fixed, I suggest you take a GMAT prep to identify where you stand. Note your weak areas and allocate prep time accordingly. Take practice tests (under exam conditions) every week. Keep a log of mistakes you make.

You need to very focused when you are giving yourself less than 2 months time for prep. Read through the success stories in this forum. You can also use this forum for practice questions.

Completely agree with almost everything Prasanna said, but I don't think that people should take practice tests every week. Take a test every 2-3 weeks. Use the results to determine what you need to work on and then take a couple of weeks to get better at whatever those things are. Then take another test and see where you have made improvement and where you haven't, and repeat the cycle all over again. But it does take a couple of weeks at least to get the most learning out of one test experience - don't just do a lot of tests, or a lot of problems, without analyzing what is working well and what isn't working, and then doing something about those findings.
