To what extent do you agree or disagree with the opinion expressed above. Support your views with reasons with reasons and/or specific examples drawn from your work or school experiences, your observations or your reading.

When in an organization the employees work as a team in which every individual has got the right to make decisions and duties it certainly brings about some beneficial changes in the work environment. Here in this topic I am supporting the team spirit and refuting the later one.

When people are working as a team then the workload gets segregated, which helps the employee or the student to concentrate more to the concerned work and it incurs the productivity. For an example, in an organization if the total project is equally distributed among all the team members and each one is only responsible for the allotted work, then by default, the quality of work would improve and the redundancy of error would be reduced as it ensures the less energy drainage.

The next advantage of working as a team is a project would experience variety of new ideas, if the project is handled by a single person then there will by ideas which are one dimensional in nature i.e., as those ideas will be the brain child of a single person. On the contrary, if in an advertising company, one project is taken over by a team, then each team member will be allotted with their individual responsibility. Every team member will work on their concerned area according to their intellect and there will an accumulation of ideas. It mostly happens with the designing team, a particular design gets various ideas if it involves more than one brain. In this way creativity and the variety increases.
The most important advantage of team work is, if by any chance the project doesn't turn out to be a successful one then the authority cannot single out and humiliate any individual. There were many cases when an employee or a student put some effort in some project individually then it could not be completed on or before the deadline, and as a result of that the employee does not receive his/her desired credit. But in the same way, if employees are working as a team, then whatever the consequences may be, they can stand together and handle the situation better, precisely they can share their pain if at all the project fails.

We have always learned that, if there is unity amongst us then no outer force can shatter our dream and we can always strive for the best, team work justifies this truth. Workload can be divided within the team members; there will no doubt in the variety of ideas, our pain decreases if we share it and our happiness increases if we share it. So, when the members are together in a team they are strong enough to any kind of adverse situation.
