Responding to growing demand for high-end vehicles, the interiors of the newest models are so luxurious that they sell for nearly twice the price of last year's models.

I choose E.
A, B & D can be eliminated as the opening modifier illogically modifies 'the interiors'.

In option C, 'they' technically seems to refer to 'auto makers'.
