1) 7x-2y>0
2) -y<x

Stmt.2 is also insuff.

Plug simple number
when x=1 and y=1
-1<1 satisfy the condition and y>0

when x=2 and y=-1
1<2 satisfy the condition but y<0

Even though you combine two condition y can be positive or negative
therefore the answer would be "E"
