My doubt is :-Are you multiplying m X n or is mn a 2 digit number(That would make it 10m + n)??

solving the eqn will be
m(n-3)=3+n

now plug in value for m and check the value of it should be an integer
for all value of m given above except m=5 n is int
so ans is D
