Two numbers are respectively 10% and 25% more than a third.What % is the first number of the second?

if the third num is a
first num is 1.1 a and second num is 1.25 a

now the question is what percentage 1.1a is of 1.25a
[spoiler]= 1.1a/1.25a*100 = 1.1*80 = 88%[/spoiler]
