I am not too good @ inequalities, OA is C but I got E. Help please.
the first statement is obviously insufficient

the second statement again by itself does not give us anything ... so insufficient

now, combine the 2 statements, in the second statement if we assume y = 2, then we have x< 2y, but the first statement says that x > 2y, so obviously 2 has to be greater than y , so y < 2 .. ans is C
