Hello,
I Need some advice. I just took GMAT and scored 670 (Q47, V35).
I am a Chartered Accountant from India and B.com (H) (51%,67%,68%, so total 63%) from DU. I am also PMP.
I have almost 7.5 yrs of exp. 1.5 in India, 2 in the UK and 4 in the US. Worked 15 days in Switzerland and few days in Holland.
I work in the field of Finance and IT (Automations of Planning, Budgeting Forecasting, Strategic Planning etc.). Worked with some of the biggest companies in India, the UK and the US. Not so much as leader but like a Senior Architect.
Extra: I play Golf, have taken Sailing lessons, I do help a NGO school in India. Nothing too fancy.
I work with a big company and have achieved award for Employee of the year in 2009.
I might get good recommendations, one from my VP Delivery and One from a client.
I still have to take TOEFL.
Now, my question is - should I try to improve my GMAT (it is going to very difficult) and apply in R2 Jan 2011 or should I apply in R1 Jan 2011 with current GMAT.
Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Vineet
