Akay ur qs is -

A. 6
B. 5
C. 4
D. 3
E. 2
Now refer the solutiion -
C : (-2,-3)
A : (-2,1)
B : (4,-3)

Now CB = 6
And CA = 4
As A lies in the So the circle and B outside the circle so the radius will be 5 only.
So B is the best option to chose.
Correct me If I am wrong
