can someone explain this pls..I guess B is the best choice.

IMO A

A) minority graduates are nearly four times more likely than are other graduates in planning to practice correct
(B) minority graduates are nearly four times more likely than other graduates who plan on practicing ...who changes the meaning here minority graduates plan to practice also plan ON practice is wrong

(C) minority graduates are nearly four times as likely as other graduates to plan on practicing ...meaning changed

(D) it is nearly four times more likely that minority graduates rather than other graduates will plan to practice ...here rather than is akward

(E) it is nearly four times as likely for minority graduates than other graduates to plan to practice as ...as idiom incorrect

OA is C. But in C the idiom "to plan on" is wrong.

IMO : C

A. helping verb 'are' is not required and it tampering with ||ism
B. who usage is not correct, ON is incorrect
C. 'likely..to plan' is correct idiom.
D. Rather than not required
E. as likely for - incorrect
