Please share some frequently asked questions and other tips for a telephonic interview!

Padre thanks for your question and congrats on landing an interview. Phone interviews are not ideal because so much is lost when there is no eye-contact or body language to help make your points, but at least you should make sure you connect with your interviewer with a land-line (no cellphones) from a quiet environment. If you can arrange to send them your resume in advance, it might help get the ball rolling.
