100 ibt, 650 Gmat, help me find a proper school in US!!!!!!

I just received my score in Toefl ibt: 100 and 650 on GMAT. I have a good GPA: >3.0. I major in finance and now I want to pursue a master degree in finance in US. I really have to receive scholarship for master degree. So guys plz help me find a suitable school that will grant me a scholarship with my score.
