Study progress slowing down...need help

Hey GMAT Community,

So, I'm about 1 month and maybe a week into my studying. So far, I read the Math Refresher cover to cover, and took notes to cover my fundamental math. I went through the 1st and 2nd MGMAT quantitative books. I took notes on most of the material, completed every practice problem set and then did the practice problems in the OG book that they assigned. I'm now on the third book and I thought it would be good to review, so I went back and did all of the questions in the first and second book and re-did the questions in the OG book that corresponded and wrote down where my errors were.

So, I go to jump back into book 3 and I feel like I'm starting to forget things already, and I'm having trouble memorizing when to use what where, and more or less jumbling things. I'm starting to feel a bit overwhelmed and my attention span seems a bit shorter than it was at first. Any suggestions? I won't let the GMAT beat me!

It's only natural that you feel this way - but keep pushing on, you'll be able to do it!

I remember reading somewhere from a Kaplan representative that after their initial performance, students usually see a small drop in scores in practice tests 2&3 after which the scores start to go up. This is because all the material you need to assimilate takes some time to get properly digested, so don't fret!
