It should be B
A,C&E doesn't have main verb involving is a participle and hence all 3 options eliminated.

Even D has 'involved' in a modifier clause"known as.." Hence even D doesn't have main verb.

B. revolution, involved the large-scale introduction of enclosed fields and of new farming techniques and crops, and

B has following things perfect:

1>Involved playing the main verb.
2>"the large scale intro..." is parallel with "and the substitution..."
3>Introduction of X & of Y
X=enclosed fields
Y=new farming techniques and crops
