international congress

six countries in a specific region sent total of 75 representatives to an international congress and no two contries sent the same numbe of representatives. Of six countries , if A sent the second greatest number of representatives, did A send at least 10 representatives ?

A) one of the six countries sent 41 reps
B) A sent fewer than 12 reps

IMO E

A) One country sent 41 reps. Remaining 34 reps were sent by other 5 countries. Not sure how many A sent.
Insufficient.

B) A sent fewer than 12 reps. Again, it cannot be said that A at least sent 10 reps. A could have sent 9 or fewer than 9.
Insufficient.

Combined, Again we are not sure of other 4 countries, although we know only a marginal number of A and other country of 41 reps. Insufficient.
