we know that 0<p<=6 and q>0 and p and q are int.

s1) lcm can be 24 if q is 6 or 24 (2 values) hence insuff

s2) after solving we get an eqn of 4pq-3q=144 , and we know that p can be 1,2,3,4,5,or 6

now only

for p=1 and 4 we get q an int(144,6)
hence insuff.

but combining only q =6 supports bth the statement
