I have scored 580 in gmat and was little bit stuck up while checking various universities.

Look into the University of Michigan - Dearborn. This is also offered completely on-line for a Masters degree in MIS. One of the best universities in the country. GMAT is waivable under certain circumstances. This is offered through the college of Buisness.
