GMAT's The Official guide for quantitative review book should cover all topics in the syllabus.

I think you might be referring to our new Foundations of GMAT Math book which just came out last week! If you're looking for a GMAT math book that really teaches you the basics, you should definitely check it out: https://www.manhattangmat.com/storeitems ... 74&catid=1

The OG Quant is good for a lot of practice questions, but I would also suggest buying a book with content and strategy to help you learn the concepts you need for the exam.
