Hi Lisa,

Can we have different font sizes for different essays in the same application?

Will it leave a bad impression??

I have to do it to squeeze in one of my essays. Have to keep it 10 font size. Other essays are easily within limits, so shrinking them would make them look even smaller.

Also, suppose we have 750 word limit for 3 essays, and 1 essay is approaching 750, while other 2 are near 600...will it be okay?or we have to be always near the word limit>?

Thanks!

Dear necromancer_76,

Most applicants will be consistent with their essays in terms of font size and margins. I think it is probably best to be consistent and go with the 10 pt if you need it for one. As for your other two essays being at 600 words when you have 750 available, that is probably fine as long as you are thoroughly answering the question. It is better to be at 600 with a thorough, well-written essay than writing extra filler into your essay to bulk up words. Read through them again and make sure you are saying all you need to say in the best way possible.

Good luck,
Lisa
