From the picture above, it's safe to assume that 2x+x=90 and x=30 degrees. Now, angle CED has angle C equal to 2x and angle D equal to 2x. So, if we substitute x=30, we get angle C is 60 degrees and angle D is 60 degrees. Hence, angle E is also 60 degrees.

Sure, if you look at the picture, you can clearly see that angle C is equal to angle B and angle D is equal to angle A. Since angle B equals 2x, angle C also equals 2x and the same goes for angle D.@truplayer256,
