That's what I thought but its not 5. Explanation - 5 does not correct parallel construction problem.

to make it parallel I was looking for an 'and' before 2.
However, i don't think 1,2 and 4 can make the sentence parallel.
so I was between 3 and 5.
3 I discarded because I was looking for a 'have'
and have a history of....

The above sentence doesn't sound right to me.
