I am a IT professional with about 6 years experience and a MS with a 4.0 GPA. I am planning on a MBA and cannot decide if i should go for a full time MBA or a part time MBA. I am currently making a 6 figure salary and its very tempting to go for a part time MBA, but then when i look at the colleges on east coast which offer part time MBA they all are a buzz kill, which tempts me to go for a full time MBA sacrificing a well paying job and hoping the rewards will be worth the price. But i would like to ask the great guys here what will you suggest.

PS: Executive MBA probably will not fit my bill because the profile of executive MBA students in almost all colleges is of guys/gals with tremendous management experience which i don't have.

So you have some options in MBA programs. I think you really need to think about what you want to get out of the MBA? What are your objectives? Do you want to remain with your current company and obtain a management role? Will your company pay for a part-time MBA? These are some of the questions you should really think about.
