Good question - you've altered the answer choices to ask a specific question, here's my interpretation:

will continue ... once horns are trimmed
will continue ... once horns have been trimmed

This questions outlines a hypothetical situation, I think the present (are) is better, though I think the second is still right (since that is the OA).

Bingo!!! .. you are right..i have slightly changed the first choice ...

This is a question from OG...and OG says that it is better to use present progressive here...but i could not get this point...

If these 2 choices were part of the question in real exam then what to do?? choose A or B??
