GMAT Prep Reinstall question

After taking a full length test, I have been trying to uninstall & then reinstall GMAT Prep but, I am getting back to same test. I don't know how it remembers & show me the results of the test I took rather than giving new test.

Am I making any mistake? or I need to cleanup registry too?
