GMAT Score:660

I have taken the GMAT 3 times with a maximum of 660(Q48,V34). I am planning to apply in some top 30-50 US B-schools where i should be around 700 range inorder to stand a pretty good chance as i am an Indian IT Male.So should i retake a 4th time? Or should i proceed with my current score? I feel i have it in me to score a 700.Please let me know your thoughts

If you have taken it 3 times with a maximum score of 660 what is going to change on the 4th attempt?
