E suits fine..But I am uncomfortable with how it ends...
"Native of" is used for a individual while "Native to" is used for a large group

though "equally likely" looks redudant
the Ans choice ending with "they are" is wrong.
D is wordy
hence A

I think its A.
Sentence ending with "they are" should be incorrect so eliminate B and E.
C and D unnecessarily uses "will" multiple times.

it clarifies as likely as...whom? the current ones.

D and E are very close but I go with D as E ends awkwradly. they are means whom????
