answer is E ..
Consider A : pq>0.
If PQ >0, either P and Q should be +ve or -ve...butwe dont know about R ( it can be -ve or +ve) ... so A cant be the answer.
Consider B: Q/R < 0.
If Q/R <0, either Q or R should be -ve ... But we dont know about P ... hence B cant be the answer ..
combining both, P, Q can be +ve or -ve and R should be +ve or -ve ...
Then, we get the product as +ve and -ve.. hence E is the answer...
