We need to SOLVE this problem (so it will be E) or to find have we ENOUGH INFORMATION to solve it (in this cause C, because pqr must be with "minus")?

answer is E ..
Consider A : pq>0.
If PQ >0, either P and Q should be +ve or -ve...butwe dont know about R ( it can be -ve or +ve) ... so A cant be the answer.
Consider B: Q/R < 0.
If Q/R <0, either Q or R should be -ve ... But we dont know about P ... hence B cant be the answer ..
combining both, P, Q can be +ve or -ve and R should be +ve or -ve ...
Then, we get the product as +ve and -ve.. hence E is the answer...
