Work Experience:
-(~2+ Years) Sr. Natural Gas Strategist for Fortune 500 Company
-(~2+ Years) Similar role as above at a smaller company

Education:
-The University of Texas at Austin: Economics
GPA: 3.06, Cumulative College Coursework GPA: 3.22

GMAT: 680
I had an issue at the testing center, power went out, and thus lost a few minutes during the test. May retake.

Recommendations: I think I can get some very solid recs from executives.

Some schools I'm interested in:
University of Chicago
University of Virginia
University of Texas
University of North Carolina
Rice University

Dear txeconomist,

Based on what you posted, you have the foundation for a competitive application to your target schools. If you feel you can increase your score, it might be worth a retake as getting a score that starts with a 7 will put you in the best competitive position. You will also need a strong set of essays, recommendations, resume and interviews. You did not indicate your career goals, so it is hard to comment on your choice of schools beyond that they are all great programs and you have a good mix of reach and reasonable choices.

Best of luck,
Lisa
