Hello,

The most notable is Harvard's 2+2 program, designed especially for such people.

Other programs that have taken people without work experience are Wharton, Stanford, and NYU, among others. However, please note that it's extremely unusual, and there really has to be something exceptional about the candidacy, as well as a compelling rationale for the goals and evidence that you'll contribute equal to your experienced classmates.

Also, schools vary on this policy year to year depending on conditions, so I suggest checking with each school you're interested in.
