I am a female from New Delhi.
Request you to please evaluate my profile:

- GMAT 730 (Q-48, V-41)
- B.Tech from a reputed University in New Delhi,India Graduated as University topper & Gold medalist (SPI - 9/10). Received university level scholarships.
- Working as an Assistant Project Leader/IT Consultant with Asia's largest IT firm (Workex - 3 yrs & 9 months by fall 2010).
- Also worked in the role of Six Sigma Master Black Belt and coached numerous projects.
- Working for a technical Non Profit organization (IEEE) since past 8 years in diverse roles. Led several IEEE assignments and traveled across world (Asia/South America/United States/Canada). Also won numerous IEEE awards for leadership and commitment at Asia pacific and international level.
- Assumed several other leadership roles during school and at work. (Chair - Women in engineering, Vice Chair - Student Association, Editor, Webinar Coordinator, Keynote speaker at international conference etc)

I look forward to apply to Kellogg - Re applicant/Duke - Re applicant/Georgetown/Fisher/Penn State/Kelley.

Dear Guapa,

I think you have the profile for your target schools; however, your decisions will depend on how strong your applications are beyond the GMAT and GPA. If you haven't already, you should probably ask for feedback from Kellogg and Duke regarding your previous application so that you can directly address their concerns in your new applications. It is imperative you present a strong rationale for business school and can explain how your past experience plus the MBA make your future career goals realistic. Finally, you want to find a way to positively distinguish yourself from the many other Indian engineers with IT experience.
