Hi,
Just came out of the Pearson Center here in Bangalore,India. Got a 710 (49 M, 36 V) -92 percentile. The math questions get tougher and tougher toward the end.
One thing I found out though - some of the Verbal questions, especially the sentence correction were a lot lot tougher than I'd expected them. Almost all notions of existing Verbal ability Seemed to slip by
I did the 1000 q SC, 3000 q RC[60% complete], 1000 q CR[80% complete].
The preparation took close to 4 months, averaging about 2 hours per day.A bit disappointed after this score, since I was consistently scoring between 690 and 740 on Peterson's, Manhattan and Official GMAC Prep tests[740,730,720,690]. On a couple of 800score.com tests, I even managed to score a 750+ too.Hence was a bit disappointed.
Have a question anyone on this forum can answer?
Have spent close to 10 years in the industry now, and need a real jig with respect to my knowledge base.Want to apply to a good Ph.D. programme in management. Can someone provide names of some good schools as well as ways by which one could apply?
-regards
