Can somebody suggest me easier non-confusing ways to go learn and work on problems related to probability and permutations and combinations.
I have been trying various text books, working on the problems in those books. But somehow everything seems to become confusing once I get a probability/permutation/combination problem all of a sudden in my Quant section.
The problem seems that I have learned different ways of approaching a problem - using formulas, direct calculation, finding out combinations or permutations manually, etc....but it gets confusing once a problem hits me in the face.
NEED THE SUGGESTION DESPERATELY AND THE POINTERS FOR THE RIGHT KIND OF STUFF TO SOLVE MY DILEMMA
