I improved my score from 460 (36Q 20V) to 630 (45Q 31V).
I understand this might not be the best score around, but I am happy.
It should be accepted by the schools I am applying to who previously told me to re-take the test: Drexel, Villanova, Temple etc.
The only thing I did during the test, was focused on each section and question and told myself that a thousand times. It paid off.
I like the communication on this site and found it helpful for myself, and wanted to share my experience so it may help someone else. This test is not tough if you focus and you may do better than I did.
