Is "Per capita income in.." right?

Is it wrong to say 'the annual per capita income 'in' country x...'?
(I know that 'the annual per capita income 'of' country x...' is right)

If you think logically , we can find out.....

when you say per capita income of a countrry , it is a macro economic measure for the whole country

per capita income in India would be applicable in certain subsets

i think-- per capita income in india ,of the minorities is very low....

is OK...What do you say????

Thanks for the responses. I came across a sentence that used 'per capita income in' so I think it is not wrong to use 'in' but as you guys mentioned, it does depend on the context.
