Hello,

I would like to know that how many days before the application deadline should we take the TOEFL? The ETS website says that the scores are reported within 15 days.
Planning to take it on 12th Sep. ...so the report is expected by 2nd Oct.
Can there be a chance of delays?? as some of the universities have their deadlines in the 1st week of Oct.

Kindly suggest.

Dear necromancer_678,

There can be delays from the testing service, but 15 days is about right for ETS. I would give yourself at least 3 weeks between your test date and the deadline, but more than 4 weeks if you can. September 12 is a little tight for an October 1 deadline, but it might make it by then. Either way, just be sure the school knows the test date so the school can be watching for your score.

Good luck,
Lisa
