I have an undergraduate degree in business administration. My final GPA was a 3.6. I have been working full-time for the last 15 years. My combined GMAT score is 420. In leiu of a low GMAT score, do you think my high GPA and work history will be enough to get into their program?

That would be a question I would pose directly to the admissions office... especially if you are concerned about your candidacy, I would start making connections over there--you will be surprised how helpful the admissions office can be. Schedule an appointment and go by in person if you can to discuss your background and qualifications. They will be more than happy to guide you. I will say in general, expect anything "dusty" to matter less (example your GPA is very old, so will not help you as much as if it were more recent). The GMAT I assume is pretty recent, so might figure in to them as a better indicator of your current abilitiy to handle the program. Your strong suit will be years of experience. Consult with their admissions office and see what they say. They will let you know what they are looking for and going to see them won't hurt anything, but rather will only help your chances in the long run.
