IMO E

1) take x=y=1, n=2
and then take y=5,x=125,n=1000

INSUFF

2) take y=2,x=20,n=30
then take same values but n=1000

combining both,
take y=3,x=27,n=100
then take same values but n=1000

Not suff, so E
