Hi. I am confused over an easy topic ( English was't my first lanauage). Please let me know if my interpretation is wrong on this.
"Despite the violence and stereotypes present in many popular forms of entertainment created for children ( such as books, movies, and video games), we should still allow children to experience this kind of entertainment."
I am tripped over the mean of "this kind of entertainment". If I re-framed the meaning, was it asking, we should allow children to experience violence and stereotype? or we should allow children to experience books, movies and video games, even though with the potential exposure to the hazard ( violence and steretypes)?
