Yes, try RAMDEO BABA YOGA, eat his mental strengthening pills four a day, and chant OHM RAMDEO JI KI JAY 100 times a day, for 200 points do it 200 times a day and so on.
Charged up again to beat the beast :)

Hey there,

It is possible. I have got 600 and I will get 700+ within the next 20 days or so. Keep watching.

Dont listen to idiots like the one who posted you mail about Ramdev. It just means that these people cant score 700 in 20 days.

Feel free to add me in AIM as I am too studing 10 hrs daily. Yes you heard it right.

Will post you my AIM id once you confirm and we can study together (if you want).

Cheers.

Agree. But short bursts of 3 hours twice on a weekend is OK i feel.

But 12-13 hours every day for 20 days...be wary of overpreparation

I agree that 12-13 hrs/day will likely overload you. At some point, your brain will just stop registering the new information.

But to answer your question, of course it's possible to increase your score by 100pts in 20 days. It's possible to increase your score by 400 points in 20 days. It's just hugely difficult and rare.

I do believe sitting 10 hrs at a strecth can be over burdening, but this GMAT beast takes 4 hrs at a stretch too.... and I study from morning to evening....with lots of breaks . :-)

its tougher than i thought... i've so far done a maximum of 6hrs in a day .. in the last 4 days..however i guess its a habit.. and i intend to do more in the next 4 days... my plan is to do atleast 80 quant sums in a day, and around 50-60 cr+ sc.. and review the errors...i guess i would devote like 2 hours on a weak area in quant..

let me know wht u guys think abt it...

Guys, my 2 cents on this. You will force your mind to burn-out if you set targets like these. Don't set your targets in terms of number of questions to be done or scores. Little pressure is good but too much can harm you.
maihunna is not completely wrong. If you are planning to spend long hours (or even if you are not) try mental exercises to ease of the pressure. It helps. Don't eliminate leisure, entertainment, exercise. They are also important nourishment for your brain.
