Signing up for consultant services

Hi,

I scheduled a free consultation with your company but had some trouble. The first consultant wasn't available during my hours and the second one didn't inspire any confidence. She hadn't even read my resume!
I'm still interested as I've heard you guys have the best service, but what should I do next? Schedule another free consult? I cannot sign up for such expensive service without being absolutely comfortable with the consultant.
