Hi Rob,

Yes, that would definitely qualify as work experience. Before you make the switch, be sure to think about how it fits into your post-MBA goals so you can discuss it in your essays.

yes, I guess working abroad would be a plus for me, as it would enhance my international exposure. I'd really like to work in international business and travel a lot after my MBA, so... is my reasoning about working abroad flawed?

Hi Rob,

It sounds like working abroad would make sense for you. Be sure to consider what you will be doing in terms of work responsibilities and experience you will gain from the job and how the tasks and experiences will help you in your future goals.
