Good question. I too would like to know the answer. However, I have a suspicion that all the screen sizes should standardize to one screen resolution--most likely 1024 x 768--for all video displays. Otherwise it wouldn't be very fair. Just as in a video game, one person using a 1920 x 1080 resolution playing against another person using a 1024 x 768 resolution will have a leg up against his opponent using the inferior screen resolution, it would not be fair for one testing center to have bigger monitors than another testing facility. I suspect the GMAT software will set itself to a standardized resolution. I'll be happy to be corrected if that is not the case.

I believe I used an LCD w/ 1024x768 resolution. Of course, that was the last thing on my mind at that time!
