IMO : A
The sentence wants to convey that women who take new jobs after retirement report high satisfaction levels compared to women who d not take new jobs after retirement.
B->changes the meaning.it says that the women who opted for new jobs reported high satisfaction than when they retired completely
C->Again changes the meaning
D->Change in meaning
E->referrent of which is satisfaction.

I originally thought it was A to, but after reading more closely, I think it has to be E. Adding the which to the end doesn't make it incorrect, since the which is modifying satisfaction. A is wrong because of "retired". Earlier in the sentence the present continuing tense was used, and for parallelism purposes, I think you have to use retiring in the comparison. Thus, making E the correct choice. I could be wrong though.
