1000CR questions toughness

by amazonviper » Sun Jul 12, 2009 4:20 pm
All,
Thanks for taking time to read this post.

I am working through the 1000 CR questions now. I usually do one test at a time (20 questions in 36 minutes). So far my accuracy on an average is close to 80%.

Note: I have done 6 tests (each having 20 questions)

Is the toughness of these questions representative/less/more than the real GMAT (in other words, is LSAT CR more tough than GMAT CR) . If I stay in this Avg say for like 20 tests in total, can I consider myself competitive for CR for the real thing.

Folks who have worked through the 1000 CR and taken the real thing -- please help me out :-) ..

If I can consider myself competitive , I want to start working on the SC and the RC (have not started it yet) .

Many thanks in advance!!

Having such an accuracy in 1000 CR is great. Actually 1000 CR are LSAT CR , those are really tough and above the GMAT toughness. I hope you are ready for the GMAT CR. Why dont you try GMATPREP CR section alone in the 'review section' to check your strength. I feel you will do with ease. But some say LSAT and GMAT are completely different format. But i feel practising LSAT CR helps a lot for GMAT CR. This my personal opinion. Gud Luck and lets us know how you performed .

Thanks so much for your reply. Your words encouraging indeed. I will post again when I have taken the GMAT prep CR.
Thanks again!
