IMO A

Correct idiom is "allocate to"
One love, one blood, one life. You got to do what you should.

IMO [spoiler][A][/spoiler]

the sentence can be interpreted as allocated X from Y to Z and as Dumb. Doofus pointed out, allocate to is the correct idiom.
