(B) but also have the versatility and power to facilitate
(C) but it also has the versatility and power to facilitate
(D) and also have the versatility and power of facilitating
(E) and it also has such versatility and power that it can facilitate

Computer software will have Y.

Basically they are two clauses....

due to will we need to have and not has.

IMO will have x and y so B

software will not only meet z, but also have x and y

which one is correct with will

IMO will always follows have....

we never write he will has...

I will has...

Always will + have.

Basically this is because "will" is there before "not only".....so will apply to both clauses equally....
