We have 4 Mathematical Operators +.-,x and /

i)3%2 > 3

Out of the available 4 only 2 qualifies here: + and x
Both these operators gives the desired result in the given equation (6%2)%4=6%(2%4).

ii) 3%1 = 3

Out of 4 available x and / qualifies which give different results for the given equation (6%2)%4=6%(2%4) .

So A is the answer.
