-4 is the least integer. Since there are a total of 12 integers and they're all consecutive, the greatest integer would be -4+11 or 7. There would be a total of 4 negative integers and one zero in the list. So the least positive integer would be 1.

Range= Highest positive integer in the list of 12 integers minus the lowest positive integer in the list of 12 integers.

Range= 7-1=6.

Be careful of the wording in the question: It specifically says positive integers, and 0 is neither positive nor negative. So as the other posters indicated you would only use 1 through 7.
