I would like to know whether i will be eligible to apply for fall 2010 for a course in General Management. I dont have any international work ex but i am working in a US company so does that give me any credit. I have held a number of leadership positions during my college days, does it cover up for my lack of adequate work ex.

I am interested in applying to Georgia Tech, Cornell, Carlson school of management, Washington University, Boston University..

These were the schools which did not mention strict 2 yr work ex requirement.

Please advice

Your profile is strong and your GPA and GMAT stats are competitive. You demonstrate leadership and responsibility in your extracurricular activities. Your work experience is your only weak point and it may not be a deal breaker if the schools you're targeting do not have a strict two-year work exp requirement. However, you need to demonstrate that you will be able to effectively understand and contribute to class/team discussions based upon your current experience level. You can accomplish this by discussing a variety of leadership, team building, and problem solving experiences as well as good command of the current global business environment in both your essays and interviews.
